alone

ok so i'm not really alone but i still don't go onto the main floor after the lights are out. i stopped watching SVU and other such shows. they mess me up at night. i'm so used to having another adult in the house. it's very weird. alec cries once and a while about how he wants dede to come live with us. he tells people that his dad had to move out so he could learn how to cook his own supers and breakfasts. it's close enough.
on a completely seperate note - there is a friendship tournament at the end of february and i am REALLY excited about going. i'm not very fast and i'm not very strong, but this will be a great excuse to get in more practice time. shadow boxing is good excercise but it doesn't help me to fight someone else. i have a training partner, but so far we havnt' actually had the chance to fight. this morning we waited 45 minutes to see if the dojo would open - no one came. we talked a bit tho. i think he has that weekend off, so he is goign to try to come to the tournament also. should be fun. i don't really know anyone else but the instructors.
